Hotel Monsoon gave us a wonderful experience. The room was well maintained and furnished, and the property was well managed. There’s a kitchen attached beside the room, and service was provided. The staff and manager behaved very nicely. Thank you.

The manager’s hospitality was truly commendable, and all the staff had a very polite attitude and provided accurate service. The rooms are quite small for the rate. Breakfast has limited choices, with the same menu every day, though the food quality is good and the quantity sufficient.

We’ve tried several hotels in Shillong, and this was the best. At an affordable price, they served good-quality food right in the room, and the waiter was really nice. Everything from breakfast through dinner was available and tasty. Thank you, Hotel Monsoon.

The manager was especially welcoming, friendly, and helpful, and the staff were professional. The food is still good quality, and the balconies are a nice feature. Right in the heart of Police Bazar beside GS Road, the hotel is easy to reach from all sides. It must once have been a premium Shillong property, but it needs renovation to meet modern standards and bring back its old charm.
