The location is a little far out, but the stay is worth it. Rooms are great and very clean, room service worked well, staff were helpful, and the food was great too. We arrived late for breakfast, but Eddie freshly made food for us. As of now, the hotel's 3.9 rating doesn't reflect the value it offers.

The staff were very polite, the location was beautiful, and the rooms were clean. Everything was well managed, and it felt like a luxury stay with great food. Miss.Inri deserves special thanks for arranging all the comfort we needed. Highly recommended.

I checked out today after one night. I'm non-vegetarian and had a few small issues because of that, but overall the stay was quite good. The woman at reception was especially great and helpful in every situation.

The view from the room was beautiful, and the rooms at Ramson Stay Inn were exceptionally clean. The support staff were courteous and very helpful, making everything comfortable and hassle-free. Breakfast was ready on time and well prepared. It seems just right for a stay for two, with a nice mix of comfort and privacy. A peaceful, well-maintained place in Shillong. I'd highly recommend it to travellers visiting the area.

The staff were polite and helpful, and breakfast was included and served on time. The bed was uncomfortable, though, and there’s no AC, which could be tough in warm or humid weather. Using the pool costs extra, which felt like poor value, and there’s no lunch or dinner service, just breakfast. Fine for a basic stay if service matters most, but the comfort and facilities didn’t justify the cost for me.
