They ask guests to keep their rooms open to receive wifi, and some rooms have no wifi because, they say, rats are there. They also ask for cash only. There's no car parking, so they tell you to park in front of public restrooms. There isn't a kitchen or restaurant on the premises either. The staff's behaviour was awful. Selvam at the front office asked how much food our kids could eat and said they wouldn't provide food for children because kids waste food, only for parents. They intrude into customers' personal matters. On the phone they give incomplete or false information, then when you return from a trip they bring up things they hadn't told you and argue among themselves about who should have informed you, making a drama and blaming staff. Rooms called standard comfort and executive were lodge-worthy. This feels more like a lodge than a hotel, and I wouldn't consider it suitable for families or anyone else. The ratings seem paid or fake and mislead customers. One of the worst experiences I've had. Big red flag, avoid it completely.

We got a good night's sleep in a clean, comfortable, well-kept room. When we mentioned an issue, the staff dealt with it right away, and everyone was kind and helpful. They even carried all our luggage for us. It was a really pleasant stay.

The staff made our stay comfortable with their warm hospitality. They were friendly, welcoming, and ready to help whenever we needed anything. We had a very pleasant time and would recommend the hotel. We'd love to stay again.

The front desk team were friendly and especially helpful to me as a foreigner, which made everything smooth and stress-free. At Hotel Apple Park , Coimbatore, my room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Highly recommended.

I've preferred staying here over the last six months, and it's been a positive experience overall. Front desk support was really decent, though room service needs improvement.
