Ajith deserves a special mention for coordinating so well and helping everything run smoothly, and the whole team made our event a success. We had our premium business event at Germanus Springs on April 17th, 18th, and 19th, and the hospitality was impressive. The rooms and food were well maintained and surpassed what we expected. The beautiful location suited both work gatherings and time to relax, and the campfire was a highlight. Room service was quick and efficient too. Thanks to everyone for a memorable event and stay. I'd recommend the place for business events, groups, or leisure trips.

We had dinner there on all three nights, and the food was top notch. Padmanavam, who looks after the food, was kind and did a great job. The service was very good, and we loved everything about our stay at germanus springs. The views and location are another big plus. The morning sunrise and valley view were wonderful, and the resort is so inviting you might not want to leave. I can't say why some people gave it lower ratings or negative comments, though maybe they had a different experience. For us, it was definitely five-star, and I'd recommend it to families looking for a peaceful stay.

Our valley-view room made for a lovely three-night stay at Germanus Spring, and service was quick. Mr Padmanabhan, the restaurant manager, deserves a mention. His staff provided excellent service, and he happily accommodated our requests for particular food items. I'd recommend staying here without hesitation.

It would be easier to find this hidden gem with more publicity and a larger, clearer sign at the entrance. In the rooms and bathrooms, tissues would be useful, and the towels could be replaced with newer ones. Those are small suggestions. Our family had a wonderful time in this scenic, beautiful spot, with clean rooms, a great atmosphere, and excellent food and service.

The biryani was especially good, and the portions were satisfying. Food quality was very good in general, making this a good value for the money. The hotel sits in a peaceful, scenic location with a breathtaking valley view.
