The hotel is right in the main market, with plenty of restaurants just a short walk away. You can also get the RFID card for vaishno devi within walking distance, and they offer a free drop to banganga check post. Staff were cooperative and let us check in early. The rooms were very clean, and breakfast was good. We had a great stay, and I recommend this hotel. The Vaishno Devi Hills

The restaurant menu was excellent, and the rooms were kept in very good condition. Amit Singh was a welcoming manager. When our car driver wasn't available, he personally took us to the Helipad. The hotel is in the main city, so getting to places is easy. Everything about our stay was good, and I'd recommend it to friends and other guests.

Anil ji looked after guests like family and gave us helpful guidance throughout our Vaishno Devi trip, which made everything run smoothly. The staff were polite and cooperative, and they arranged local sightseeing and airport cabs efficiently, even at short notice. There’s also complimentary transport to the helipad or trek starting point. Our room was roomy and comfortable, with a well-kept washroom and hot water available 24/7. The in-house food was good and hygienic. We had a wonderful, easy stay and would recommend it to families visiting Vaishno Devi.

We barely noticed Katra's frequent power cuts because the hotel has backup power. The Punjabi Thali we had for lunch was really good, though I'd skip the Chinese food. Our room was spacious, and the AC, TV, and geyser all worked. They also supplied shower gel, soap, towels, and bottled water. Free pick-up and drop-off, and very good service.

My family was happy with my choice of Vaishno Devi Hills, and we really enjoyed our stay. Anil and Amit were especially kind and helpful the whole time, which made us feel comfortable and welcome. Highly recommended. Regards, Heena
