OYO 82235 Satuti Guest House

We checked out just two hours after checking in, even though we’d booked for two days, because the service was so bad. We lost time and sleep, but OYO eventually refunded the full amount after many calls and emails. We booked a room for three, but the hotel only offered a single non-AC room and wanted extra payment for anything more, despite the OYO booking. Don’t trust cheap prices on booking sites. That room was worse than a kennel. I wouldn’t book through OYO or any online site here.

The room was cramped and filthy, and everything seemed dirty, from the bedsheet and pillow to the walls. The bathroom was dirty too, with no toiletries. I was very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The rooms and toilets were dirty, there were no toiletries, and the staff weren’t helpful. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The hotel owner is such a lovely, sweet person.
