There are very few food outlets nearby, and no food was offered to us during our stay. The property felt very average overall, though it has ample car parking and is just opposite the Boat center branch, which is a plus.

The views and greenery are great, and the location is one of the best. The service didn't match it, though. There was no geyser available except in the morning, they didn't provide toiletries, and we had to ask for water. They could really improve the service.

The room was okay, but not properly maintained, and there was no Wi-Fi. The heater didn't work well, and water overflowed from the western toilet, making the scene feel like a horror movie. The manager was rude and unresponsive, even telling customers to build their own resort and stay there.

I’d stayed at this resort before, but the ownership has changed. This time the room was filthy and poorly maintained, with trash left behind by previous guests. There was no bell boy or anyone around, the geyser didn't work, and the furniture was poor quality. I didn't receive a room receipt either. The guy said they didn't have GST yet, which made me wonder how the business was operating. Scam!

The management was very irresponsible, and the service was irritating and poor. The room was the worst I've seen and didn't feel safe for women. The price is high for such low service, a waste of money and a very bad experience. Don't waste your time or money coming here.
