At 3am I had to leave because staying there had become unbearable. The place was filthy, and this was easily my worst hotel experience. They take your cash, then use your phone to check out and submit a rating themselves. The photos and ratings felt fraudulent, so don't be taken in by them. Oyo is slowly losing its charm.
The location was convenient and the staff were friendly and attentive from check-in. My main issue was the room: it wasn't cleaned properly and felt unhygienic. Still, I'd recommend it to people looking to spend some special time with their girlfriend.
We got there at 1:30am, and the owner still greeted us with a smile. He was polite and cooperative, and the room was good for the price.
The smell in the room and corridor was horrible, and everything was extremely dirty. We also waited nearly two hours for a room, despite booking online and paying in full. The staff member responsible for the rooms seemed intoxicated. I can't understand how it has decent reviews on OYO or MMT.
At the hotel they said no rooms were left and asked us to pay extra. They keep demanding more money for a stay, so don't trust the Oyo app. There's no support either, and if you pay before arriving, your money may be wasted.
