The bedsheets were filthy, the rooms were tiny, and the toilets smelled. There was no lift, and garbage was lying on the floor. The receptionist didn't know how to treat people. The TV seemed from Gandhiji's time, and the furniture from the British era. This place isn't fit for a gentleman.

Agoda refunded me, thankfully, after what was easily my worst hotel experience. I had paid three days ahead, but check-in took two hours, including having my ID photographed, before they told me there were no rooms. After a long, tiring explanation, they finally let me in. The reception staff were terrible and very rude to guests. The room was small, old, and incredibly ugly, and the photo had been blurry and dark. There was no refrigerator, kettle, or elevator.

Don't fall for it. They try to get you to cancel a booking made through MMT or another online service by promising a better room and service, then don't provide those and charge you more. There's no parking for privately owned cars, and the road is very congested. The rooms aren't as clean as described.

The property is in a good spot, the rooms were neat and clean, and the hotel staff were good. Parking is the drawback.
