Being close to Bhagirathi Neotia Hospital and other important places was the one real plus. The online room photos gave a completely different impression from the rooms we found. I know it's a budget hotel, but the lift and geyser still need to work. We had mentioned more than once that elderly patients would be staying, and it was frustrating that even getting warm water meant asking repeatedly. The attendant seemed more focused on his phone than on helping us. A deeply disappointing stay. I hope management takes responsibility, fixes the facilities, and shows the place as it really is.

The room service was awful, and the staff weren't welcoming. The blankets and bedsheets were filthy, and they didn't give us any water. A really bad experience.

The rooms smelled bad and were very dirty. This is apparently an OYO hotel, not a Fab hotel, and there wasn't even a Fabhotels poster there.

The room looked good in the pictures online, but when I got there its condition was terrible. I was completely unsatisfied.

After I paid, they asked me for more money in the middle of the night. They were rude and abusive. It felt unethical and illegal.
