There was no room service, and they didn't clean the rooms. Hot water was only available at set times, 6:30 to 8:30 in the morning and 6 to 7 in the evening.

They asked for 2500 a day when I called to book, but I got it for 1.6k through Agoda. The owner was extremely aggressive, and these people seem money-minded. Don't arrange a group trip with him. Hot water only ran for an hour in the evening. With no AC option, they should at least keep the restroom hot water on all day, but they shut it off.

The rooms were clean and tidy, and the staff were kind. I had a really enjoyable stay. One of the best hotels in kodaikanal.

Like others have said in the comments, this place is overrated and the facilities are poor. We had a terrible experience with the hospitality as a family. In this challenging climate, there was no hot water or room heater. Online bookings also came with an extra charge of at least 1000 per person per day. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Other hotels offer more comfortable facilities for the same cost.
