The rent is low, but some things may not work well for families. There's no heater in the room. The bathroom heater runs for just two hours in the morning and two in the evening, and sometimes it starts late. Food portions are small, and the tea is very watery.

The front desk staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming, which brought the stay down. The rooms were dusty and full of spider webs, and they need proper upkeep. They were only average to begin with, and the toilet wasn't much better, with poor hot water. Better service and room maintenance would make a difference.

The management and service were terrible. The staff cursed at and fought with customers, and the food served was spoiled. It affected my health. Think carefully before staying here. Based on my experience, please don't go. I'm ready to take action to shut the hotel down for serving substandard food.

We stayed there for three days last week and found it comfortable and very clean. The food was good too, and affordable.

A good hotel in Coimbatore City. The booking and reception went smoothly, and the service was good.
