Even one star feels too generous. The staff and management were rude and not customer friendly. I booked online, but when I arrived to check in, they said they wouldn't accept the reservation because OYO paid them too little. They said I could stay if I paid extra. After I complained to the booking platform, management claimed the guest was underage, even though I'm 31. Such a poor hotel and service, with lame excuses to get more money. Anyone planning to stay @ Kodai should avoid this place. It feels like they're using online platforms to bring customers in and then making them pay extra. A disgrace to hotel tourism. Zero stars!

Very bad hotel. The owner and staff were rude, and I'm really fed up with this place. I booked rooms through goibgo, but when I arrived they wouldn't let me check in. They said they'd had payment issues with goibgo and oyo before, so they wouldn't give me a room, and they spoke very rudely. Please don't book this hotel.
