Senthil Residency

The food was excellent and reasonably priced. We had a buffet for our small meeting, and the attendees appreciated how it was managed. We also used their banquet hall, which was fabulous and can accommodate 150 people. I'd strongly recommend it for functions. Keep it up!

We got in with our family at 3 a.m., after booking three rooms through MakeMyTrip, and I was surprised by how decent they were for the price. Complimentary breakfast was included, and the air-conditioning worked well. One bathroom door was stuck, but they dealt with it right away. The reception and restaurant staff were very courteous. Restaurant staff even came around to let guests know they could order hot items like dosa, omelette, and poori. The food was good, and they brought an extra mattress when we asked. I booked here because there weren't other options, but I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a non-star-rated hotel. Keep up the good work!

I'm a regular customer, and the service and food have been good, with clean rooms. It's suitable for families and business stays. But this time, police suddenly came in and told everyone to leave immediately because, they said, the hotel was going to be sealed over a building issue. I'd already paid the full amount and could only stay half the time, which changed our plans and was stressful. I hope it reopens after some renovations.

The hotel is in a great spot, close to both the railway station and bus stand. Service gets four stars from me, though it wasn't good this time. Even with a multi-cuisine restaurant, they said there were no menu cards for the rooms, and didn't provide one when I asked.
