The surroundings are peaceful, with nice plantations, and the view and scenery are awesome. The rooms are fine for a family stay, breakfast was okay, and the staff were friendly. It’s about 2 km from the city, and the road to the resort is manageable by car.

It took a bit of effort to find the place, but I liked it and would stay again. There’s a great view in every direction, the staff behaved well, and the food was not bad.

The rooms have great views, but the road to the hotel is narrow, unlit at night, and has a steep ravine on one side. Service was nonexistent, the food was bad, and breakfast was very limited and bland. The staff can’t speak any language other than Tamil.

The food was very tasty, and everything else was very nice. But room service was delayed for no reason again and again. Even after calling multiple times, there was no response from the ground team. They really need to improve room service, it’s annoying.

The resort is 3 km from the city center, with a nice valley view. Food quality at the resort was below average, so I’d prefer buying food from outside.
