We were there for 03 nights, me and four female friends, and felt it was worth every penny. The sea view from the hotel is beautiful, so ask about rooms on a higher floor. Our standard rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Food was delicious: a substantial breakfast spread, subtle live flute music, and an extensive à la carte menu all added to the holiday. The hospitality lived up to “The Taj” standards, right from security through housekeeping. Everyone was polite, humble, and very cooperative. Ms. Monica, Ms. Priyanka, and Mr. Shashank at reception were especially helpful, while the restaurant team was warm and courteous. The Head Chef sometimes spoke with us personally and made sure our meal requirements were looked after. Ms. Tannu from the restaurant deserves a special mention for being so sweet and attentive. A memorable stay, highly recommended!

We spent 2nights here and had a relaxing, memorable stay. The sea-facing property doesn't have a private beach, though. It’s a beautiful, newly launched property from the Taj group, with a lovely reception area and a decent-sized restaurant. Breakfast buffet was good, but there weren't many choices. Housekeeping was excellent, especially Ms. Divya, whose service deserves a mention. I recommend it for a Diu stay.

Sanjana, Himanshu, Shila, and Tannu made us feel welcome and cared for with their polite, attentive help and smiles. The kitchen service was excellent too, with great food quality and hygiene. Our stay at Gateway Diu was comfortable, clean, and very well managed. We'd gladly come back, and I highly recommend it for a pleasant, relaxing visit.

We found the hotel peaceful, well maintained, and suited to a beach holiday. The pool, spa, and dining facilities are there, and breakfast had a decent variety and satisfying taste. Restaurant is calm and family-friendly. Service can be a little slow at peak times, though staff stay attentive and cooperative. Rooms are spacious, clean, and well designed, with comfortable beds, modern amenities, and neat interiors. Some have scenic views, and housekeeping keeps the property clean. Staff are courteous and professional, making an effort to help from check-in through room service. Near Jallandhar Beach, the location brings lovely sea views and a quiet coastal feel, while remaining close to Diu's major attractions. It's a relaxing spot for families, couples, and leisure travelers. The overall stay was highly satisfying, with comfort, hospitality, and a great location. I'd recommend Gateway Diu, though service speed could improve at busy times.

My room was spotless, comfortable, and luxurious, and the service was outstanding. For my birthday, the hotel surprised me with decorations in the room and a delicious cake. Such a thoughtful gesture, and the staff really went out of their way to make the day memorable. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!
