Kostamar Beach Resort

The security guard deserves special recognition. After a long trip, I accidentally locked my car keys inside the car, and he patiently spent nearly an hour trying different ways to help. He then arranged for a garage professional to come over, and the issue was resolved safely and quickly. He stayed calm, friendly, and supportive the whole time, and went well beyond what I would expect. We also had a pleasant stay at Kostamar Beach Resort and Spa. The place was well maintained, with clean, comfortable rooms and a relaxing pool area. Everyone we met was kind and helpful. When I asked to change rooms because of an issue, the front desk responded professionally and moved us promptly to a much better room.

One of the worst restaurant experiences I've had. It was a waste of time and money, with poor management and service. The place was filthy, hygiene was nowhere to be seen, and the staff acted as if they were doing customers a favor by turning up. Their attitude was arrogant, and they were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional instead of showing basic manners. They seem to think they run a five-star European establishment, yet can't manage cleanliness or treat customers with respect. Absolutely disgraceful.

The airport is practically next door, and they arranged a drop-off for us. We enjoyed our stay and would come back. The food was delicious and very good quality, though the squid and crabs we asked for weren't available. There were plenty of other menu choices to try. The pool was accessible whenever we wanted and well maintained. The location is top notch, right by the beach. Just cross the road and you're there.

We were 11 people and had an amazing time at Kostamar Beach Resort. Everything was perfect for us except the Rooftop Restuarant. Each item there costs a handsome amount, and the portions are way too small. Still, five stars for the resort! ❤️
