Hotel O Dombivali Formerly PK Lodging

This place feels more like a dormitory than a hotel. The room was far below standard, cleanliness was poor, and the amenities were extremely basic. Don’t visit, even by mistake.

There was no proper water supply, and the rooms even had rats, like a zoo. No Wi-Fi, TV, power backup, or fans, and no proper amenities. Service and cleanliness were both bad. Whenever I asked about something, they just told me to adjust, sir. You’d be better off spending your time at a bus stop or railway station than booking this hotel.

The food was tasteless, and the washrooms weren’t maintained properly. Staff were rude about visitors, saying they couldn’t stay longer than 10 minutes and would be charged 500rs/person if they did. The receptionists were usually unavailable when there was an issue. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

After paying in full and booking ahead, I asked to change rooms and was told to “do whatever you want.” The room was dirty and unhygienic, with a broken AC and fan, and rats running inside it and in the corridors. The staff, including the owner, seemed intoxicated and were rude and uncooperative. Around 10:30 PM, I had to leave with my wife and 10-year-old son to find somewhere else to stay. It was an extremely stressful and unsafe situation. One of my worst hotel experiences. Avoid this place if basic cleanliness, safety, and decency matter to you.
