The restaurant team made my stay especially pleasant. They were courteous, attentive, and professional, and the welcome cookies and fruit, along with thoughtful extras like dental kits, were a nice touch. The restaurant and club facilities also suit what you'd expect from a four-star hotel, though I did miss having a pool. Hotel Grand Dhillon, Bhilai was comfortable and enjoyable overall, and reasonably priced. Food is another plus: within 300-500 meters there are some excellent places with lovely ambience, especially Dakhin Kaushal and a few other nearby restaurants. Reception service was less consistent. Some staff were helpful, but others fell short on courtesy and support during my three-night, four-day stay. Club music could be quite disruptive after midnight and affected my sleep, so better soundproofing would help. The shaving kit needs work too, since the shaving gel was solid instead of proper gel. I had a very pleasant stay, but took off one star for the reception and those issues.

Ms. Kanishka was a great help, and the whole team was wonderful. Everyone was cooperative, spoke gently, and served us quickly. The hotel's prime location makes it easy to reach, and it was good value for money. I had an amazing experience there.

The main thing to bear in mind is the national highway next door, so I'd recommend bringing earplugs. My room was spacious, comfortable, and cleaned well. I was in Bhilai for the first time on a seven-night business trip, and had an excellent stay. The hotel feels modern and roomy, with a nice choice of amenities including a cafe, restaurant, and a recently renovated rooftop restaurant, lounge, and bar on the 7th floor. The rooftop was a lovely surprise, lively but with a cool speakeasy feel. Service from the staff was consistently warm and positive. I'd stay again.

The café visit was wonderful, and the hospitality was fantastic. Karuna gave excellent service, and the Cold Brew – Blood Orange was refreshing. Her warm smile and professional manner made the visit memorable. Keep it up!

I was in town from London for a week of business and had a lovely stay at the Grand Dhillon. The team were welcoming, friendly, and helpful, and my room was clean and serviced each day. We tried both Maple restaurant and The Seventh Floor, and enjoyed the food and drinks at each. Maple has a more traditional feel, while The Seventh Floor is lively and very modern, with a view that can rival a New York skyline. I'll definitely come back to the Grand Dhillon. Thanks!
