I was here for a 12-day business trip in November 2025. My room was spacious, neat, and clean, and the complimentary breakfast was satisfactory. I didn't eat lunch or dinner at the hotel restaurant, preferring to go out. There are a few places nearby, including Indian Coffee House, with a variety of food. The hotel is in a busy market where you can find everyday goods, clothes, electronics, and other things. The highway beside the hotel has traffic flowing 24 hours a day, so it isn't peaceful. Some basics also didn't work: there was no WiFi, the TV hadn't been recharged, and the intercom was out. I was given a family suite despite travelling alone, while colleagues in a regular deluxe room complained of heavy pest infestation. My stay was good enough for a business trip where I mainly needed a place to rest at night, but hygiene, cleanliness, and the TV, WiFi, and intercom all need improvement.

I was in an Executive Room, but the washroom wasn't properly clean and the floor was damaged. Cockroaches were moving around both the room and washroom. They didn't provide tea, coffee, or a hot kettle. Food orders were supposed to be available until 11 pm, but when I tried at 10:45 pm, I was told the kitchen was closed.

The location was good, but I was very unhappy with the Executive Room. It didn't have a bathtub or jacuzzi. When we asked about the jacuzzi, they said it was in another Executive Room. We'd booked this one specifically for the jacuzzi, but when we requested a different room, they said all rooms were booked. The manager was very rude, and the landline didn't work. I wouldn't recommend staying in an Executive Room. My experience was awful. 🤮🤮🤮
