Gurmon Hotels Sohna Road Gurugram, a member of Radisson Individuals

For a quick business trip, Country Inn Gurgaon is a reasonable option and offers fair value for the price, though it isn't really a luxury stay. My room was clean and comfortable, with the basic amenities provided. The food was satisfactory and there was a decent selection, but the taste didn't stand out compared with other hotels nearby. Getting around was easy thanks to the convenient, well-connected location, and check-in went smoothly. Staff were polite, although service could be slow at times. Some areas of the property seemed due for maintenance or an update. My short visit was decent overall.

The hotel is clean and spacious, and the breakfast spread was good. But it's far from the metro, and they don't let auto rickshaws enter the compound. That made getting around feel like an interference with our freedom to travel, and it was disappointing.

The breakfast buffet is often a highlight, with good quality and variety, and the rooms are usually clean and comfortable for a quiet night's sleep. The pool is well maintained, though it's not always available. Service can be inconsistent, and some guests have found responses slow. Country Inn & Suites By Radisson on Sohna Road has a peaceful setting that feels like a break from city life, but reaching attractions can be tricky without private transport. It's a decent choice for a short, relaxed stay if you keep expectations realistic about quick service and getting around outside the hotel.

The only real reason to stay here is how close it is to the surrounding industries. The food and service were awful. My chicken tandoori was more like gravy, and the chicken inside wasn't fully cooked, with skin and fat left on it. The internet kept switching between two different names and dropping in the middle of calls. I found hair on the toilet seat, which felt like zero hygiene. At reception I had a long wait even though I was the only person at the check-in counter. They also asked for a booking voucher when my reservation was already visible on their screen. This definitely didn't feel like a Radisson hotel.
