The service made the stay especially frustrating. Staff were unresponsive and unhelpful, and requests were delayed or ignored. The advertised amenities were unavailable or didn’t work properly, so basic hotel facilities fell short. Cleanliness was also well below an acceptable standard: there was visible dust, the linens were unclean, and the room felt poorly maintained and unhygienic. I didn’t feel comfortable or safe there. From beginning to end, it was a very disappointing stay, one star across the board, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

We checked in last night with two rooms, but the AC in one of them wasn’t working. When we complained, staff told us to leave and refused to change the room. Their behavior was very bad, so the five of us had to sleep in one room. Worst hotel, terrible service. I suggest you don’t come here.

This place isn’t couple friendly, and service is slow. They seem to focus service on the bar area. The bar section was quite dirty, with cockroach-like insects running around on the tables. There was no music, and the food wasn’t very good despite being expensive.

The food was awful, and there was nobody to take care of guests at night. They wouldn’t provide branded mineral water even if you paid for it, and the linen wasn’t clean. A terrible place.
