The reception has a catchy ambiance, and both the rooms and service were good. As a biker, staying near the highway was worth it, and the staff were cooperative. I did feel uneasy about the bike parking, though. It was secure, but there really should be a proper parking spot.
The two banquet halls are both beautiful, with a choice depending on how many people are coming. When I visited to book our event, the manager was off, so I met the polite, courteous owner instead. He went through all the details with us over coffee. The restaurant has a lovely ambiance and feels cozy, the staff are polite, and the rooms are beautifully designed. The food was delicious, absolutely mouth watering. Must try it.
The rooms are good and the service is great, making this a great place to stay in Karnal. Just be aware that some weekends here in Haryana can get painfully loud, with drunken goons who have no regard for others.

The price is high for what you get. The reception and elevator were clean enough to make an acceptable first impression, but the rest was horrible. Dirty sheets and pillow covers, no pest control, and cockroaches crawling around at night. There was dust on the wooden cupboard hangers that wouldn’t wipe off, and no bathroom slippers. I wish I could upload pictures for reference. Don’t choose this place if you have even one other option.
