The room had a really bad smell, and the bedding had stains and bugs on it. It hadn't been cleaned after the previous guest. The plastic water bottles were unsealed and had been refilled. There was a pile of dead bugs, and we heard an animal squeaking under the bed. I wish I could give this hotel zero stars.

I wouldn't pay over 300-500 to stay here. The room was the worst I've ever seen, and if you care about keeping things hygienic, don't book it.

The music and sound system really made the birthday party at Samrat banquet, and the whole event felt worth the money 😃. The food was very tasty, the decorations looked nice, and the staff coordinated well and showed up on time. Everyone was cooperative and welcoming. Thanks to the owner for arranging it so well. I'd recommend it.

There was a power cut yesterday and I was left without power for 45 minutes, with no backup. Room service wasn't available either. This was in rooms 40 and 41.

The owner handled the party really well, and the food was the best part for me. The staff were polite and ready to help. Best hotel I've ever seen.
