The staff were polite and the service was very good throughout my official stay. The rooms were comfortable, with good beds, wardrobes, basic amenities, and toiletries. It’s a new hotel in Durgapur, and I think it can compete with the established places. There are two banquet halls and a rooftop restaurant too. I enjoyed staying here and hope to get another chance to come back.
Please be careful: the hotel’s contact number is completely wrong, and they don’t accept online bookings.
My last stay at Hotel Cozycom wasn’t a good experience. They turn down a lot of online bookings, so check carefully before you book.
The staff were very rude, and my experience at Cozycom was awful. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
