The staff’s attitude was the worst part. When I asked for an extra pillow, they refused, saying they wouldn’t accommodate me because I booked through Goibibo at a lower price. I booked this room to prepare for an exam, but I couldn’t get proper rest. The bed sheet was visibly dirty, and the replacement was unclean too. There was no soap in the bathroom. I booked a “double room single person” but got a small single room instead. There was a gap above the door that made me feel insecure, and the AC remote didn’t work. I reported it twice, but the hotel authority never responded. The whole stay was frustrating and concerning, and the service and basic hospitality were pathetic. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Even after we told them about room service, the staff didn’t take care of it. We had to remind them 4 to 5 times.

We stayed for two nights in a very nice room. The staff were helpful and well behaved, and the food was tasty.

The only neat and clean part was the reception hall, which seemed to be for attracting customers. The bathroom wasn’t clean, and even though they took plenty of time to clean the room, they still didn’t do it properly. The room cost too much for what it was. The food was pathetic and tasteless. One of my worst experiences ever.
