The food came hot, looked appealing, tasted delicious, and was budget-friendly. The staff were courteous and professional, and the owner was polite and welcoming. Our room was well maintained, with a pleasant atmosphere, and the room service was excellent. I'd definitely visit again and recommend this affordable, family-friendly place in Gokarna.

Sea Spray Resort has a peaceful atmosphere, lovely scenery, and a beautiful location, which was the highlight for us. The staff stayed polite and helpful, and the hospitality and service were genuinely good. Hygiene and maintenance need serious work. The bedsheets and towels didn't seem properly washed, and there were insects in the room, including cockroaches. Water leaking from the bathroom tap was inconvenient. With better cleanliness and upkeep, this place has the potential to be truly amazing because of the location, service, and atmosphere.

The property manager was helpful and gave us all the information we needed after we booked online smoothly. The place is near the beach and has a restaurant for immediate needs, though the choices are limited. You'll need your own transport to get there. Cleanliness was maintained while we stayed.

The property was poorly maintained, with cracked walls, leaking taps, unreliable Wi-Fi, no side tables, and no proper phone charging points. We also found lizards and frogs inside the rooms, which made them unhygienic and uncomfortable. The bathroom doors had no locks, raising privacy concerns. We booked two rooms for seven people, but the staff said they'd only provide two blankets and towels per room and refused to give enough for all seven guests. They demanded full payment quickly, then treated us rudely when we raised honest concerns instead of helping. The Google photos are highly misleading and dramatized. The property looked nothing like them. This was an extremely disappointing, stressful stay. I'd strongly advise looking for better maintained, more professional accommodation.
