We were charged 2.5k for one night, and the room wasn’t worth 1000. The bathroom was so cramped that, at 6'3, I couldn’t fit properly. The windows were broken, covered with cardboard, and hidden behind curtains. They didn’t provide bottled water, just a jug of local RO water. The bedsheets were dirty too, and when I complained, they blamed Gujarat’s salty water. I’d never choose this hotel again, it was a terrible stay and far too expensive.
They give water in a jug instead of bottles, and the bedsheets weren’t clean. The room is small, and the washroom only has a Western-style toilet.
I’d booked online while traveling with my elderly parents and young child, but when we arrived, the worker said there were no rooms. The owner also said they couldn’t accept online bookings. The owner did process the refund, but the whole situation was rude and upsetting. It left us very unhappy and gave us a terrible impression of Dwarka. Please don’t list hotels and owners like this.
Great service from Shri. Dilip ji. He was very helpful arranging a room and went beyond what he had to do. A genuinely service-minded person.
I’d read comments saying the hotel scams people with bookings, and my phone call gave me the same impression. They wouldn’t discuss anything in chat, only by voice call, and asked me to pay the full booking amount when I offered half. The person still wouldn’t share any details in chat.
