The location was very convenient, and the staff were cooperative. My stay at hotel Kuber was pleasant, with clean, comfortable rooms and excellent service.

I paid ₹2000 in advance expecting a clean, welcoming room, but what I got was a mess. The bed wasn't made, the floors were dirty, and the bathroom had stains, hair, and dirt everywhere. It looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in weeks, if not months. The staff didn't seem concerned. They told me cleaning would take 5-6 hours, though I'd paid for a clean room, not a deep cleaning service. When I asked for my advance back, they refused without explanation or apology. Their manner was dismissive, rude, and annoyed when I pressed for answers. This was a nightmare, and I felt they didn't care about guest comfort or satisfaction. If you encounter the same problems, don't expect sympathy or a resolution from management. Look elsewhere for a clean, comfortable, respectful stay.
