Naman's Inn by OYO Rooms

The staff at Hotel Naman’s Inn were polite, helpful, and cooperative, and our room was hygienic, clean, and well maintained. Getting around was easy since both Kalighat Temple and the nearby metro station are only a short walk away. I had a very comfortable stay and think it’s a great choice for a visit to Kalighat Temple.

We stayed for only six hours, but the staff weren’t cooperative and their behavior wasn’t good. The bathroom door wouldn’t lock, the shower set was broken, and the flush pipe for the jet was damaged. I somehow managed to wash. Very poor hotel.

It’s a pretty good location, and the rooms are decent for the budget. Some of the room accessories weren’t working, though.

The low price may work if you just need one night and are willing to give up comfort and service, but don’t expect amenities or basic hospitality. My room was tiny and badly maintained, with torn mattresses and pillows in a deplorable, unhygienic condition. When I complained, staff were rude and did nothing to address it. Breakfast was also substandard and not fit to eat, so I strongly advise against including it in your booking.
