The bathrooms were filthy, the drains clogged, and hygiene was terrible. The rooms were dirty and smelled awful, the service was pathetic, and even basic things like an extra blanket or a bucket weren’t provided. The hotel is badly managed and not worth a single rupee. Don’t stay here or waste your hard-earned money. You’ll regret it.
The rooms and amenities are in shambles, as you can see in the pictures I attached, and the place smells like a public toilet. I found it uninhabitable. I’d ask @ixigo, agoda, MMT, and all other platforms to delist this property so nobody else has to suffer. One of the worst hotels you could book. Never book it.
My Agoda booking was a very bad experience. The photos they posted don’t match the rooms at all, and the rooms are terrible. Don’t book here.
They wouldn’t give me the room I’d chosen and instead pushed higher-priced rooms, then told me to get lost. I had a hard time finding another hotel afterward. Very greedy people, and I don’t recommend this place at all.
The staff were unprofessional, and the bathroom was dirtier than one at a bus stand or railway station. You have to buy mosquito repellent yourself, and every bedsheet and towel was stained. A water tap was broken. Better to stay on the platform than at this awful hotel.
