There was no hot water, and when we called about it, they said nothing could be done until morning. After a long day of travel, an ice-cold shower in that bathroom was the last straw. The room was filthy, with visible stains on the carpet and bedsheets, plus hair in the bathroom that definitely wasn’t mine. The place smelled of damp towels and old cigarettes. Basic hygiene and housekeeping seemed to be ignored. The staff were unprofessional, and the hotel is overpriced for what it was. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had. I wish I could give it zero stars. Save your money and sanity, stay somewhere else.

They have on-site parking, which was a big plus for us since we came in our own vehicle. The hotel is within walking distance, about 700-800m, of Dwarkadhish Temple and also close to the bus stand. For a 3-star property, the rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The “Malay Comfort” branding fits the quality of the stay. A solid, budget friendly option for families wanting parking near the temple.

The rooms were OK, but I wasn’t satisfied. There was no hot water, the lift service was very bad, and there was no dining or tiffin hall. The staff weren’t good either. I think the Gujarathies didn’t properly understand the South languages. Check before booking.

It’s a budget hotel, fine for a night’s sleep. Don’t expect much.
