We booked 6 rooms for a family event weekend, and every guest was happy with the stay. The rooms were very neatly maintained, had all the amenities we needed, and were comfortable for our family of 5 with the opposite rooms and shared dining setup. The hotel is close to the main road and has ample parking. Reception desk staff member arun went out of his way to arrange cabs and autos, collect Swiggy orders and bring them to the rooms, and provide extra cutlery. The packed combo breakfast was definitely worth trying. Iyla apartment hotel worked out perfectly for a family or friends stay. Thanks, team iyla, for making our special weekend even better.

The rooms were dirty and smelled terrible. Not worth the money, and I wouldn’t trust the fake reviews. Please don’t stay here.

We paid 3k for one night, and it wasn’t worth it. The location was very bad, the service was pathetic, and breakfast was awful. I wouldn’t book this place for a stay.

I stayed at Iyla Apartment Hotel on 07,08,09 Nov.2025 after coming from Pune to Pondicherry. The staff were courteous and very helpful, and I felt safety was best at Iya Apartment Hotel. I’d say it’s one of the best places to stay.

There’s a drainage area behind the property, and the dirty smell was there all the time. The room was dirty, the service was the worst, and the reception staff behaved negligently and wouldn’t respond to anything. It wasn’t worth the money. I’ve attached all the pics FYR.
