The one thing going for this tiny lodge is its location, about 600 meters from the beach, though it’s in a very busy area. There’s nowhere to park a car or bike. The room was extremely cramped, with barely enough room to raise an arm in the bathroom, and the uncomfortable bed left me with back pain. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Room 201 is a budget studio I’d avoid. The rooms were clean and neat, and the location is convenient, with everything within walking distance. But the walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors talking and their TV. Rainwater also gets into the room because there’s a temporary wooden partition, with the reception on the other side. Check-in normally starts at 1 PM, and arriving earlier means paying 1000.

The staff at CasaMel were warm, helpful, and quick to respond. The location is super convenient, with exciting cafés and full-sized grocery stores nearby, and the beach is just a short walk away. A really comfortable stay for travelers on the go. Kudos to the team, I hope to stay again.

I really liked this place and would recommend it. The room had all the amenities, a small kitchen, and hot water in the shower. It was very clean and comfortable, with a beautiful interior and good service. Right in the city center, it has a temple view, the sea is a five-minute walk away, and all the best places are close by.

We were glad we chose Casa Mel for Christmas weekend. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the service was great. All the tourist spots we wanted to visit were within walking distance from this very good location. Special thanks to the friendly manager Mr.Kuharaj and housekeeping staff Mr.Ishwor and Mrs.Poongothai.
