RKN Hotel

The parking arrangement was a hassle during our vacation. They advertised parking for four-wheelers, but once we arrived they kept calling us to move the car so someone else could get theirs out. The room wasn't maintained properly, cleanliness fell short, and the service was disappointing. The actual facilities didn't match what was shown online. I also heard guests are reportedly given Dairy Milk chocolates for posting reviews, which made me question how reliable some Agoda ratings are. Check recent photos and reviews across platforms before booking. This stay wasn't worth the money, and I wouldn't return.

Everything was provided, from the kettle, soap, towel, coffee powder and sugar to Odonil in the toilet. The room and toilet were clean, and the room was comfortable with good A/C and room service. I'm very satisfied.

It felt more like a cheap Lodge than a hotel. The pictures are misleading. There was mold and a bad smell in the rooms, the ACs didn't work, and the key card failed. No toiletries apart from a tiny Medimix soap, and the towels were worn out.

The washroom in our room smelled like a public toilet. They'd opened a window to pass the AC water pipe through it, and when we tucked the pipe inside and shut the window, water leaked onto the floor. The towels were dirty, there were mosquitoes, and there was no kettle or shower gel, just a Medimix soap worth 2 rupees. The receptionist showed us four rooms, none of them clean. The fifth one was fortunately clean. I'd rather sleep on the road than stay here.
