After paying 2000/- per day, customers expect decent service, so I'd like to ask the landlord to improve the quality for the price charged. The residency doesn't seem to have proper procedures for room maintenance, and it's in no condition to stay in for even 10 minutes. There may be bed bugs or other awful creatures in the room. Horrible experience. I'll post pictures to back up the points above.

The rooms weren't properly maintained and were unhygienic, with cockroaches even in the restroom. At peak times, the person at reception tried to get more money in the owner's name. We checked out, and they should have refunded the full amount for the remaining day, but we had to fight hard to get our money back. Worst experience.

The room was just average: small, not very clean, and the toilet had a leak. There wasn't a mat or free drinking water either. We paid 2,500 rupees for the room, which felt too expensive for what we got. The staff weren't rude, despite what others have said. Scooter rental was available, and we paid 350 rupees for one bike for a day. All in all, just an average stay for a high price.

There were bedbugs in the room, and I couldn't stay even one night. The place was filthy and poorly maintained, with cockroaches too. The service was awful for the high price, and the person at reception seemed to be trying to get more money. A terrible experience.

We were really satisfied with our stay. The location is very good, the facilities are decent, and the staff were receptive and helpful with our requests. I'd give this resort five stars across the board and highly recommend it. 💯🥰
