RKN Grand Hotel

The food was fresh and full of flavor, and the staff stayed friendly, professional, and attentive. Our rooms were comfortable, elegant, clean, and nicely organized. The surroundings were peaceful, and the ambience was lovely. A top-class welcome and one of our best experiences.

The breakfast was tasty, with dosa and poori brought hot to the table. We also had roomy rooms and clean bathrooms. The hotel is in a sought-after spot near Rock beach. We found the hospitality good, and it's an affordable family stay that I'd recommend.

The incident in the second room made me feel unsafe. A staff member asked me to go back to the room we'd left to check something, then came in while I was there and shut the door without asking. He said he was checking a cupboard behind the door, but staff should get permission before entering a guest's room, especially when the guest is alone, unless it's necessary and clearly agreed to. I was visiting Pondicherry for the first time from Malaysia and had hoped for a pleasant stay. The first room had a blocked bathroom drain, a shower that didn't work properly, and was below expectations, so we asked to move. The breakfast selection was very limited, and the bread seemed stale. Some maintenance problems can happen, but privacy, safety, and professionalism shouldn't be compromised. I hope management takes this seriously and improves both upkeep and staff training.

The meals were delicious, fresh, and satisfying, with a good range of choices 😍🔥. Our stay at RKN grand Hotel was really pleasant 💯✨. The calm, welcoming ambience and clean, well-kept surroundings made it relaxing, and the rooms were spacious and neat.
