We asked to cancel and get our money back within 30 minutes of booking and checking in, once we saw the room. They refused to refund anything, showed no flexibility or understanding, and spoke to us rudely and disrespectfully. They didn’t listen properly or try to sort out the problem. The way the staff treated us showed no basic manners or customer service, and left us feeling like there was no interest in maintaining a good relationship with guests. The online pictures showed clean, spacious, well-maintained rooms. The actual room was the opposite: small, dirty, in poor condition, and not worth what we paid. The property looked nothing like its promotional photos. It felt as if the pictures were deliberately misleading to draw in customers, and that we’d been tricked. The whole thing felt like a trap, almost like a scam: attract people with fake photos, take their money, then refuse support or a refund when they see the place. I strongly feel this is a kind of fraud, and people need warning. Customers shouldn’t be treated this way when they’re only asking for fairness and honesty. I strongly recommend staying away. For me, this went beyond bad rooms and poor service to a complete lack of ethics and respect for customers. If you value your money, peace of mind, and a decent experience, don’t go here. Be careful of the fake photos and misleading information. Once they have your money, there’s no going back, and you’re left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and cheated. This was my first and definitely last time at this place. I sincerely hope nobody else goes through what we did.
