The location was the one good thing. Customer satisfaction didn’t seem to concern the hotel much: our TV didn't work, there was no phone or call bell, and the fan was either too slow or too fast. There were rodents and cement patches in the room. They initially refused normal drinking water, then provided it later. Worst of all, the door lock jammed and we couldn't open the room. Staff eventually helped, but the manager or owner was quite rude.

The rooms were in bad shape, with marked bedsheets and a very dirty washroom even after it had been cleaned. Service was pathetic, and the manager, vishal bhai, and the staff were extremely rude and had no manners. Exceptionally bad hotel.

There were small cockroaches in the room, and it was dirty, as was the washroom. Even after repeated requests, they didn't clean. The towels were in poor condition too, with holes and threads coming out. Avoid staying here.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is close to the market, with everything within walking distance. My room was clean and well maintained, making for a comfortable stay. It offers good value and is a convenient, clean place to stay. I'd highly recommend it and would come back.

Very dirty, with no cleanliness at all. Small insects were coming into the room, and the bathrooms were dirty. I wasn't satisfied. Avoid staying at this hotel.
