Kuber by Sky Stays Hotel

The location was very convenient, and the staff were cooperative. My stay at hotel Kuber was pleasant, with clean, comfortable rooms and excellent service.

I paid ₹2000 in advance expecting a clean, welcoming room, but what I got was a mess. The bed wasn't made, the floors were dirty, and the bathroom had stains, hair, and dirt everywhere. It looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in weeks, if not months. The staff didn't seem concerned. They told me cleaning would take 5-6 hours, though I'd paid for a clean room, not a deep cleaning service. When I asked for my advance back, they refused without explanation or apology. Their manner was dismissive, rude, and annoyed when I pressed for answers. This was a nightmare, and I felt they didn't care about guest comfort or satisfaction. I'd warn others to stay away from [Hotel kuber] at all costs. Don't fall for the false promises or attractive prices. If you encounter the same problems, don't expect sympathy or a resolution from management. Look elsewhere for a clean, comfortable, respectful stay.

Guests often praise the supportive, kind staff at Hotel Kuber. Several people have specifically complimented the team's helpfulness, cooperation, and excellent service.

The rooms looked nice, but the facilities were so bad they deserved a minus rating. Electrical appliances gave us shocks when we used them. Staff were rude, and asking about extra charges brought an especially bad response. They'd already taken the full advance payment, yet at checkout they asked for two days' money even though we'd booked for only one. The worst service I've ever seen. Staying in your vehicle is better than staying here.
