Sudarshan Palace By Spree

Hotel Sudarshan Palace cancelled my reservation on the day I was due to arrive. My booking said I would pay at the property during check-in, but at the last minute they demanded 50% in advance. I declined and said I would pay the full amount at check-in, as agreed in the booking terms. It seemed they cancelled because my rate was low and they wanted to sell the room for more over the long weekend. Very unprofessional. I strongly do not recommend it.

The staff were so cooperative, and Mr. Ashok deserves special mention. As Manager, he keeps a close eye on the details and helps make things smooth and comfortable for guests. The rooms were excellent too, and I had a wonderful stay. Thank you for the outstanding hospitality.

The rooms were spotless and clearly cared for, and the welcome felt warm without the service losing its professionalism. I had a wonderful stay from check-in onward. Highly recommend!

I booked two rooms for two days but left after just one day. The room itself was clean, though the staff were unhelpful, including at reception. Ask a question and nobody answers. The service was zero, and the food was zero too. For dinner I asked what was available. Reception said there were only two or three dishes, and when I asked about the menu, staff said they would only serve what was available. They don't prepare the dishes listed on the menu. Breakfast had only a few items as well. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Booking here would waste your money.
