The stay was good, though the 3,000 rupees felt a little steep without breakfast included. The rooms were clean and roomy, and there’s a spacious dining area and an in-house kitchen. I noticed a small conference hall on the ground floor too. It’s opposite Lulu Mall. Parking is on level -1, but the space is tight, so getting a sedan in may be difficult without help. Parking in front of the hotel may be easier for sedans.
The owner was very good, though I found the staff’s behavior very bad, like government staff. The location is convenient, with Lulu Mall close by and a masjid nearby too. Keep an eye on your belongings, like headphones, when the room is being cleaned.
The staff tried to help, but service was delayed and the stay was still terrible. There was an electricity problem from 10:30 to 12:30, and at 1:00 at night they made us move from the first floor to the third with all our luggage. We had to carry the bags ourselves, with no proper staff to assist. The hotel’s ambiance was nice, but the room had cockroaches, red insects, and mosquitoes. My one-and-a-half-year-old baby had a very bad time with the mosquitoes.
The rooms were good, but the management explained they were having problems with Oyo and weren’t tied up with them. Booking directly cost a little more than booking through Oyo, so I decided not to book.
The owner and staff were friendly and patient. The rooms and atmosphere were well maintained.
