There was dust everywhere, with cobwebs around the bed’s headrest, curtains, and AC, and the walls were mouldy. We developed a severe allergy and had to leave within a couple of minutes. I’d never recommend this place to anyone.

There were CCTV cameras in the corridors, and the place might do if you need a budget room for a night or two and aren’t fussy about how it looks. We booked two rooms for two nights because we just needed somewhere to keep our things, shower, and crash. We brought our own bedsheets. In one room, the sheet seemed washed but had food stains, and in one of the rooms the toilet flush didn’t work. The bathroom flooring was stained too. Would I go again? I don’t think so, but I might if it were the last resort, with extra bedding and toiletries of course.

The toilet was so untidy, from the walls and floor to the bucket, that I somehow managed to take a bath in the washroom. The rooms and toilet weren’t clean.

The location is the best part, very close to changampuzha park metro station. Staff were friendly and service was good. We had an above average stay in a clean, neat AC room, though the bathroom felt small and not up to the budget. They gave us an electric kettle, plates, and glasses when we specially asked, but didn’t have an iron box for us when requested.
