The pool was dirty, smelly, and the water felt hard. Outdoor activity harnesses also looked poorly maintained, with cable ties holding them together, and the food was only average for what it cost. The main problem was how the charges were handled. We had booked the three-meal package and asked the receptionist for a brochure. She said she’d send it on WhatsApp and told us to begin with breakfast, but nothing came through and she never explained what was included. Later, while we were taking photos near the shooting range, a staff member let us start shooting without mentioning an extra fee. Afterwards the manager asked us to pay more and said we should already have known it cost extra. It was our first visit, and we had no brochure or guidance. When the manager asked the receptionist if she had sent the brochure, she wouldn’t admit the mistake. He didn’t help us either, and spoke rudely. We said we’d share our experience in reviews; he said we could do whatever we wanted and could leave the property if we wanted a refund. The whole one-day picnic was a very poor experience. It felt like service, hospitality, safety, and the customer experience didn’t matter to them, while getting more money did. There are much better options people can consider.

The food could be better, and the indoor game room needs some upkeep. The pool table, foosball, carrom, air hockey, and table tennis equipment all need attention. There’s also an outdoor net for badminton or volleyball. We enjoyed the wave pool, and there’s plenty of open space to walk around and get some fresh air. It’s about an hour’s drive from Vadodara City, a nice spot for families wanting a relaxed weekend together. Facilities are limited, so bring toiletries and other things you may need, though they do provide the basics.

The rooms and other facilities have a distinctive design, and we had a great time. It’s a lovely location with nice amenities, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. A good place to visit with friends or family.

The two things worth seeing are the Mahi river and the riverbank. You can take a photo there, but that’s about all I found to enjoy. Most of our time went into calling around to get arrangements sorted, and I didn’t feel entertained at all. The rooms were poor quality, the in-room facilities were lacking, and the water was salty. Amenities were only available for very short slots, around 5 to 15 minutes, and it seemed like everything was under maintenance. The manager was very rude and had an army-style attitude, with little humility. Staff seemed low-paid. Smoking and drinking seemed common, even around your girlfriend, and it felt like they’d accommodate any kind of wrong activity. Don’t waste your time here.
