4/10
I’ve stayed here plenty of times, and the service used to be very good. This time, the staff were slow, unprofessional, and rude. I couldn’t even get a simple hot tea in the breakfast lounge. The mini bar fridge and hair dryer didn’t work, and the TV had no subscribed channels. For a 4 star hotel, it’s a waste of money. I’d spend it somewhere else.

The service can drag during busy hours, and the food is only satisfactory. Still, Hotel Park Residency has clean, well-kept rooms, decent amenities, and polite, helpful staff. It’s a comfortable, budget-friendly choice for a quiet stay, though service speed could be better.

The location is good, with an EV charging facility and a good-sized parking lot. But the pillows were faded, as shown in the picture, towels and washrooms weren’t fresh, and nobody answered calls to room service or reception. There was no help with moving luggage either.

We couldn’t use any amenities after checking in because the swimming pool was under maintenance. Nobody told us that when we booked, which felt highly misleading. The manager was the worst part: rude, arrogant, and unhelpful. Instead of fixing the problem, they spoke badly to us and showed no professionalism. No transparency, hospitality, or respect for guests. I was completely disappointed and can’t recommend it.

The hotel is mediocre, though it has a couple of beverage outlets if that matters for your stay. Its location is handy when you need to be around Kakkanad, including Infopark or Smart City.
