The service boys were much better, but the bar manager just stood there looking at his phone and then argued with me. On 24.02.26, I was on the rooftop with friends when I went to the washroom and found there wasn't a drop of water. The bar manager said it was a corporation problem and I'd have to wait an hour to use the toilet. After using it, I couldn't clean my hands. I said they could at least have kept a couple of water bottles or a bucket and mug, but he still argued. What's the SOP when this happens? A customer shouldn't have to find the solution. This is a star hotel with no responsible management, and I wonder how it got its star classification. He's not fit for the hospitality industry. A roomy bedroom and bathroom, and the system let us book a deluxe double room online for three adults. They efficiently put in a comfortable extra bed, which worked well. This hotel is especially convenient if you're using Ernakulam North train station. The reception waiting area and corridors were quite hot. The reception staff were okay, though the service didn't feel like four-star quality. I'd probably stay again with family if I needed to be within walking distance of the North station.

It's directly opposite Ernakulam North Railway Station, and the rooms are clean and neat, with clean bathrooms and all the toiletries. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it felt safe for families. The hotel is strictly for non-smokers, though, with no smoking rooms, so smokers may want to avoid it. The food was above average, but not good or excellent, and you may find better options outside. They advertise a terrace restaurant with a swimming pool, but as a business traveler I didn't have time to check it out. A good place to stay near the station.

The hotel is right next to Ernakulam North Railway station, so it's a great place to stay if you're traveling by train. Breakfast had a really good spread, and the first-floor restaurant was spacious. They also make fresh coffee and tea on request. I had a very good stay.
