The location made getting around easy, with Marine Drive and Market Road nearby. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay, and the friendly, welcoming staff added a lot to the experience. My room was clean and well kept, and the toilet was neat and hygienic. It was a very pleasant stay, and I’d recommend the place.

The one good thing was how close it is to KERALA HIGH COURT. Everything else made for a pathetic stay. We were in room #403 on the 3rd floor for my Enrollment ceremony in Ernakulam. The room was dirty, with blood stains on the bedsheets and pillow covers. The flush wasn’t working properly, and the cover of the flush tank was open. The AC was decent, but at night rats ran through the ceiling and kept us from sleeping properly. When we reported it, the receptionist said everything was clear and there were no issues. A friend in room #201 had water spitting from the AC. Parking was limited too, and when we parked in front of the hotel, they demanded that we move the car. So pathetic. Better to stay on the road...!!

The room and toilet were full of dust, and even the bedsheets weren’t clean. Ichcha was in the room and the toilet 🤢🤢 I have some pictures of those rooms and ichhaaa and all, but there wasn’t an option to share them. Really bad room and atmosphere, I don’t recommend it.
