Mr.Sameer was warm and welcoming, and the service was okay. The flat on the right on the 1st floor was pleasant, with neat, well-kept rooms and kitchen. It’s a quiet neighborhood, but still not far from the city. Just remember this is a service apartment, so don’t expect hotel-style service. I noticed two issues: the AC in the main bedroom made all sorts of noise and needs repair, and hot water didn’t come out at night even after I turned the knob off and on a few times. GV is a good budget option for groups or families.

For six people, this works out cheaper than a hotel. It’s a clean three-bedroom apartment you rent by the day, with a kitchen where you can cook. There’s gas and some old and new cookware. Just don’t expect hotel-style treatment. The air may feel a bit damp, perhaps because they don’t get guests every day or week.

The apartment has three bedrooms, three attached bathrooms, a large living room, kitchen, and balcony. It’s quiet, with takeaway food and grocery shops nearby. Still, the place is badly maintained and not worth the price. The first room’s AC leaks so much it could pass for a water tap. The second has a huge bed but a mattress so hard it’s difficult to tell bed from floor. The third was okay. None of the rooms had night lights, which was hard with kids, and there was nowhere to hang towels. Bathrooms had no spot for dry clothes; the third bathroom’s toilet lid was broken and the second toilet’s flush tank leaked. The listing says hot water, but with the solar heater it only works on full sunny days, so cold mornings or rainy days mean cold showers. The living room was fine, but all the sockets were round, so we had to buy three-pin adapters to charge anything. The balcony was big but dirty. The kitchen was spacious, though the cupboards held old rusty pots and pans that looked as if they hadn’t been washed in years. The curtains were grey and seemed overdue for a wash too. Wi-Fi was extremely slow and often unavailable, and the garbage wasn’t collected while we were there, so it started to smell.

I had a horrible experience with Green villas, Edappally last week. I booked their 3 BHK flats for a marriage, along with some rooms at their associated property about one KM away in Keerthi nagar. The staff were rarely around, and guests had to call me about problems such as the water being off. Cleanliness in the rooms also needs improvement. Each flat room is designed for two people, but they supplied only one bath towel and said they had no more in stock. They charged a full extra day’s rent for the flat and rooms when some guests stayed just a few hours longer. They had said guests could leave bags at reception at checkout for safekeeping, but nobody was physically there, which may be why guests overstayed. The rent was already slightly above local rates, and the extra charges were unreasonable. This property isn’t worth the money, and I wouldn’t recommend it. Nearby places offer better value.
