Harbour View Residency Hotel

We had to leave the hotel for good. I came with my school on a trip, and the rooms were awful, with much of the furniture broken and an unsettling feel. We'd seen good pictures and reviews, so we hadn't thought much about the place beforehand. There were reports of red stains in the halls and rooms, and some people said they'd seen a Bible in one room. There were creepy paintings too, and it seemed the staff hadn't cleaned up after previous guests. Their behavior was unacceptable, and they didn't help us at all. Truly disgusting. If you want to waste your time, money, and dignity, this is the place.

We checked in around 10 and left just an hour later. Many kids were crying or fainting, and the staff laughed at us. The food wasn't very good either. It felt scary and unsafe, and I wouldn't recommend staying here, even as a last option. This was a school trip in October. The hotel seemed creepy from the moment we entered, and staff stared and laughed at the children. Every child's room had creepy pictures. We also found strange things in some bathrooms, including a Bible with blood and peepholes covered with paper. Some rooms had no TV, and some children had no mattresses. The staircase railing was unstable, the stairways had no lights, and the elevator didn't work. The paintings looked very old. We put them into Deepseek, which said they were by a very old painter and made in spiritual and physical remembrance of his subjects. The worst thing was the Bible with blood in a bathroom. It was really creepy.

The cleaning was nonexistent, the staff were rude, and the online pictures were fake. The place is awful in reality. This hotel isn't suitable for families anymore. I was travelling with a school group. My children left the hotel at 10 pm, and I arranged alternate hotels late at night before moving my group at 1:30 AM. It was a horrible experience. To anyone thinking of booking, I say this isn't a hotel, it's a haunted bungalow. In my opinion, staying by the roadside would be better. My rating is 0/5. 🙏

The stay was a mess: the place wasn’t clean, and although breakfast was supposed to be included, I never received any. There was no electricity until morning either. I had a very bad experience and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Stay date 31/10/2025 id 1948888551
