The staff were polite and the service was really good. I liked how spacious the place was, but the rooms and other parts feel old and need changes. The gates are a bit see-through, and I didn’t like the room itself. The location isn’t great, and most important places are a bit far away. It feels more suited to bulk bookings or events like marriages than to a regular stay. I also didn’t feel it was safe for a couple. Apart from the room, the rest was good.

For around 700, it’s a budget friendly hotel, but the service and room quality weren’t great. Reception was average, and I waited nearly half an hour just to get water. The food was average too. If you want good quality service, I’d suggest booking somewhere else.

The stay itself was good, but there wasn’t much hospitality. I booked for my family of 6, but somehow the booking was changed to 3 people. My family had to deal with it late at night when they arrived. The receptionist needs to improve their negotiation skills.

The room’s washroom was very dirty, and nobody cleaned it unless I complained. Rodents were moving around, and there were plenty of other problems. The TVs in every room weren’t working either. I hated the facilities and wouldn’t recommend the place. They need to repair the furniture and accessories and repaint the interior.

The rooms have a lovely feel and are so clean, and I really liked the beds. The staff were supportive too. It’s a fantastic hotel, and I fell in love with the ambiance in each room.
